Festival of Trees
Festival of Trees is celebrated in the Tampa Bay area as the premiere family friendly kick-off to the holiday season. A signature event supporting The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation.
Guests will enjoy a winter wonderland of sparkling trees decorated by members of the Tampa Bay community. Your sponsorship helps make Festival of Trees possible, allowing us the opportunity to support those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This signature experience is one of the largest fundraising events for The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation, directly benefitting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) served by The Arc Tampa Bay.
This year, Festival of Trees will be open to the public November 17-19, 2023 at The Long Center located at 1501 N. Belcher Road in Clearwater.
Opportunities for 7ft and 4.5ft tall years are no longer available.
Each sponsorship level includes tickets to attend both our November 15th, 2023, “Just Desserts” a volunteer and sponsor recognition event and our November 16th, 2023, “Premiere Night” exclusive opening evening cocktail event.
Thousands of Tampa Bay area residents flock to this winter wonderland, and your participation to create this magical landscape truly is invaluable.
We currently have 3ft trees available to decorate. Once your application has been received and approved, you can pick up your item(s) weekdays between 10am and 4pm, October 2 – October 13 at The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation office, with the exception of the 7 ft. trees. All 7 ft. tree decorators are asked to decorate their trees on-site Monday and Tuesday, November 13-14.
The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation will host Premiere Night on November 16th, in conjunction with the 39th Annual Festival of Trees, presented by AmeriLife, at the Long Center Sports Complex in Clearwater. Premiere Night, hosted by Guardian Trust, is an exclusive event where guests will enjoy an auction featuring a variety of unique items and experiences, live entertainment by Erica DiCeglie, libations and a delicious dinner.

This annual fundraiser takes countless volunteers to make it successful. Volunteers are needed to help set-up, breakdown, assist during the event, etc. The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation is an approved Bright Futures hours organization.
