Thanks for joining us for this “egg”cellent evening of omelettes and champagne! We celebrated the 52nd Anniversary Omelette Party on April 12, 2019.

Fifty two years ago, Rudy Stanish was invited to travel to the Clearwater area from New York City as the featured chef of the fundraiser now known as The Omelette Party. Stanish earned the title of “Omelet King” creating his famous omelettes for celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe, John F. Kennedy, Princess Diana and Tennessee Williams. Today, chefs from Carlouel Yacht Club prepare and serve dinner, with omelettes remaining the signature fare in Chef Rudy’s honor.
We owe our gratitude to the founding Omelette Party committee for building a foundation for a party that has raised nearly $4 million in support of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through the generations this event has grown and improved in order to better benefit The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation. The Arc Tampa Bay prides itself on providing the highest quality of care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. The multitude of enriching Day Programs welcomes 300 consumers every day and The Arc Tampa Bay’s 19 Group Homes provide a safe and supportive environment for our consumers.
