Meet the Staff

Madison Orr Hauenstein

Executive Director
Madison proudly serves as the Executive Director of The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation, a role she has been in since July of 2015. Madison has held key roles within the organization since 2012, never missing an opportunity to share the Foundation’s mission with the community and acting as a fierce advocate for her friends served by The Arc Tampa Bay. She is a native Floridian, who fell in love with The Arc Tampa Bay when she was just a child as her family has a long history of supporting The Arc Tampa Bay. She is a graduate of Stetson University with a BA in Business and Marketing and embraced the non-profit culture with her passion for helping others. She truly gives a “spirit of hope to the developmentally challenged.”

Marci Williamson

Director of Finance and Human Resources
Marci is the Director of Finance and Human Resources, responsible for managing the Foundation’s finances, human resources and employee benefits. She works closely with the Board of Trustees and sits on the Investment Committee, the Finance Committee and the Audit Committee keeping budgets, revenues and disbursements in order. Marci is currently leading a major technology upgrade project converting thirty plus years of files and paper records to electronic files and implementing Financial Edge software to manage the Foundation’s financial records and accounts. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis, biking and volunteering with the youth group at church.

Caitlin White

Development Assistant

Caitlin is the Development Assistant at The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation, supporting the Foundation staff with all day-to-day clerical functions as well as the implementation of special events and fundraising activities.

Caitlin has grown up in Clearwater and has returned to her hometown after living in San Francisco. She is (in her own words) an ‘organizational wizard’ and is excited to be able to work her magic at The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation. Caitlin is also an author in her free time, having recently completed and self-published her first novel.
